Herring Run Park Master Plan

"The Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks initiated a master plan for Herring Run Park in early 2008 and worked with multiple City departments and advocacy groups to complete the master plan in 2010, with this report being finalized in 2011... The purpose of the master plan is to provide a tool for the City and advocacy groups to promote park stewardship and guide future park enhancements."
